Qualifications

• Educational and licensure requirements include Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Architecture and professional registration/licensure where applicable.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility engineering standards, regulations, and Joint Commission requirements.
• Experience in budgeting, strategic planning, and staff supervision within a healthcare system.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct, evaluate, and manage the M&O section and related programs.
• Provide guidance to executive leadership and clinical staff on engineering integration across departments.
• Oversee environment of care, life safety, and medical equipment management across the Medical Center and CBOCs.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and effective financial management for the M&O Section.
• Lead human resources activities including succession planning, performance, and workforce development.
