Job summary

The incumbent will supervise professional engineers and support staff, set performance standards, and drive strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture with ABET or NBRC accreditation requirement.
• Evidence of passing FE examination or EIT certificate.
• Current professional registration or licensure as PE or Architect.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Healthcare Engineer team and oversee workload, quality and productivity.
• Manage department resources including finances, space, equipment and staffing.
• Develop performance standards, evaluate staff and recommend awards or advancement.
• Communicate effectively with employees, team leaders, labor representatives and managers.
