Yona Solutions in Milwaukee is seeking an Environmental Services Manager to lead housekeeping and laundry in a skilled nursing facility. You will plan, organize, and direct the departments to keep areas sanitary, safe, and welcoming for residents, visitors, and staff.

The ideal candidate has a four-year degree and healthcare supervision experience, plus strong leadership and communication skills. You will manage staffing, budgets, training, and quality assurance while ensuring survey readiness

• Ability to work across shifts and manage staff.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Interviews, hires and orients housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Trains workers in housekeeping, laundry, and floor care procedures.
• Plans, organizes, directs, coordinates and supervises functions and activities of the departments.
• Maintains an environment that is sanitary, attractive and orderly.
• Forecasts and plans the purchase of cleaning supplies, chemicals and equipment.
