Qualifications

• Four year college degree and related healthcare supervision experience preferred.
• Two years experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision.
• Strong motivational and supervision skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals.
• Proficient with Windows Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Hire, train, and orient housekeeping, floor care, and laundry staff.
• Plan, organize, direct, and supervise department activities.
• Maintain sanitary, attractive and orderly environments.
• Forecast and plan supplies, chemicals, and equipment.
• Plan staffing schedules to ensure adequate services.
• Maintain inventory and personnel records.
• Coordinate with other departments to optimize housekeeping activities.
• Ensure the department remains survey-ready and compliant with regulations.
