Oracle is seeking a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead deployment and optimization of document imaging solutions in healthcare settings. You will guide projects, mentor staff, optimize workflows, and ensure user adoption across onsite and virtual environments.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clinicians and IT teams, ensuring alignment with EHR workflows, security, and compliance while delivering training and strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Extensive healthcare IT, document management, or EHR experience with project leadership.
• Proven ability to mentor teams and manage client-facing projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring alignment with workflows and EHR systems.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering skills development and best practices.
• Analyze and optimize complex workflows; drive process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
• Deliver training programs for end-users and staff to ensure knowledge transfer and adoption.
• Act as escalation point for technical troubleshooting and collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including training materials and specifications.
• Serve as primary client liaison in onsite and virtual environments, gathering requirements and advising clients.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and standards.
