Job summary

Ll Oefentherapie seeks a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead implementation and optimization of document imaging solutions in healthcare organizations. You will guide projects, mentor teams, and optimize workflows while ensuring user adoption and compliance across diverse clinical settings.

You will serve as a trusted advisor, coordinating with stakeholders, delivering training, and shaping project lifecycles from assessment to deployment in both onsite and virtual

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in healthcare IT, document management, or EHR systems, including project leadership or mentorship responsibilities.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop employees, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and client-facing communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across interdisciplinary teams and operate independently as a subject matter expert.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional professional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering presentations and training.
• Previous experience as a client-facing lead, business analyst, or project lead in a healthcare IT consulting environment strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management solutions for healthcare organizations, ensuring strategic alignment and seamless integration with existing workflows and EHR systems.
• Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering skills development and sharing industry best practices.
• Analyze and optimize complex workflow processes; drive and champion process improvements to elevate efficiency, compliance, and user experience throughout the document lifecycle.
• Oversee and actively participate in the development and delivery of training programs for both end-users and internal staff, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and solution adoption.
• Act as escalation point and subject matter expert for technical troubleshooting, collaborating cross-functionally to resolve high-impact issues.
• Manage and update comprehensive project documentation, including detailed training materials, workflow diagrams, and technical specifications.
• Serve as a primary client liaison in both onsite and virtual environments, building strong relationships, gathering requirements, and providing strategic counsel throughout project lifecycles.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, methodologies, and standards
