Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Healthcare Document Management Consultant to lead deployment and optimization of document imaging solutions for healthcare organizations. You will mentor teams, drive workflow improvements, and ensure successful training and adoption across projects.

This role requires strong healthcare IT experience, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage complex engagements in both onsite and virtual settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive healthcare IT or EHR experience with project leadership or mentorship.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and develop teams in healthcare IT.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and client-facing communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and act independently as SME.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to ongoing professional development.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, configuration, and support of document imaging and management in healthcare.
• Mentor team members and share industry best practices.
• Analyze and optimize workflow processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Develop and deliver training for end-users and staff; ensure knowledge transfer.
• Serve as escalation SME for technical troubleshooting and cross-functional resolution.
• Manage project documentation, training materials, diagrams, and specs.
• Act as primary client liaison in onsite and virtual environments, gathering requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of team processes and standards.
