Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Professional registration in architecture or engineering.
• 15+ years in healthcare architecture/engineering with leadership experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare facility design, codes, and accreditation standards.
• Proven business development skills with track record in healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plan for Guidon’s healthcare practice.
• Identify market trends and pursue opportunities with hospitals, systems, VA/DoD.
• Oversee multi-disciplinary teams ensuring scope, schedule, and budgets.
• Provide technical guidance and design reviews for healthcare projects.
