Job summary

The Senior Project Architect will lead design and documentation from concept through construction, coordinating with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, sustainable solutions for healthcare, government, housing, federal and educational facilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual designs for new construction and renovation projects.
• Direct and mentor project architects, engineers, and designers assigned to projects.
• Lead the production of construction documents and detailed design drawings.
• Collaborate with project managers throughout the design process.
• Represent the firm in client meetings and design review sessions.
• Conduct on-site construction administration and inspections to ensure quality execution.
• Facilitate coordination within a multidisciplinary project team to achieve design excellence.

Job Purpose

The Senior Project Architect is responsible for leading the design and documentation of projects from concept through construction. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, well-coordinated construction documents while actively engaging in problem-solving, client interactions, and team leadership. The Senior Project Architect collaborates with project managers and multidisciplinary teams to develop innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
