You will drive end-to-end execution across detail aids, long-form collateral, eLearning modules, and sales training materials, elevating brand frameworks with pristine typography and layout systems in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience required.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong visual communication, precise typographic hierarchy, and structured layout systems.
• Pharma or healthcare experience preferred, with ability to distill complex science into clear visual systems.
• Advanced proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Expert layout skills and willingness to master PowerPoint as a high-end design tool.
• Strong client-facing communication, strategic problem-solving, and complete project ownership.

Responsibilities

• Drive conceptualization and hands-on design across detail aids, long-form collateral, interactive eLearning modules, and sales training materials.
• Enforce and elevate existing brand frameworks with pristine typography, visual hierarchy, and precise layout systems.
