Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to design and run complex queries and reports.

Responsibilities

• Participates in BPM (BPMN) modeling, process implementation and assessment.
• Interprets and monitors contractual compliance of government requirements (CMS, HIPAA, ACA).
• Provides project guidance and training to less experienced users/analysts.
• Maintains understanding of SDLC methodologies for large projects.
• Acts as SME for project teams and vendors on assigned projects, including research, planning, analysis, risk assessment, QA, and deployment.
• Provides project management for large projects and post-implementation support.
• Develops and tests user acceptance scenarios and testing protocols.
• Gathers and documents business requirements and functional mappings for system enhancements.
