Hallmark Global Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Senior Healthcare Business Analyst to drive data exchange initiatives for Health100, bridging clinical needs with technical implementation.

The role focuses on HL7/FHIR transformations, data governance, and real-time workflows within a collaborative Digital Technology division. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in healthcare BA, strong interoperability knowledge (FHIR/HL7/C-CDA), and experience with API testing, SQL, and Agile delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years of Business Analyst experience in healthcare domains.
Strong hands-on understanding of FHIR, HL7, CCDA data mapping.
Familiarity with CMS/ONC Interoperability rules, TEFCA, and CARIN consumer guidelines.

Responsibilities

Lead data mapping initiatives for CCDA to FHIR, HL7 v2/v3 to FHIR, and proprietary formats.
Ensure adherence to HL7 FHIR R4 / SMART on FHIR for real-time data ingestion and workflows.
Oversee data governance, privacy compliance (CARIN Code of Conduct, HIPAA) and consent management.
Collaborate with third-party health partners, health plans, and providers integrating into Health100 open ecosystem.
Design and execute end-to-end UAT with payload generation and data integrity validation.
