Job summary

TALENT Software Services seeks a Senior Data Analyst to gather technical and functional requirements in a healthcare setting, using HL7/FHIR protocols and experience with one or more CDRs. You will map raw data to enterprise data models for end-user consumption.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across IT and clinical teams to produce source-to-target mappings, data dictionaries, flows, and documentation, and support change management and training.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience as a senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector
• Knowledge of FHIR HL7 messaging protocols
• Experience building source-to-target mappings and analyzing healthcare processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and requirements elicitation skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to document mapping requirements and project artifacts

Responsibilities

• Assist with stakeholder mapping and analysis.
• Conduct multi-layer data analysis by linking data from multiple health information sources.
• Create project artefacts, documentation, and reports with cross-functional teams.
• Assist QA resources in developing test scenarios.
• Develop plans for defining requirements with stakeholders, schedules, and deliverables.
• Gather and document mapping requirements with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and EA.
• Create deliverables such as mappings, data dictionaries, and process flows for stakeholder approval.
• Manage requirements scope via change control processes.
• Produce technical recommendations and liaison with internal/external stakeholders.
• Prepare clear documentation for stakeholders and conduct environmental scans.
