Qualifications

• Minimum 12+ years' experience as a senior Data Analyst in the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of FHIR.
• Excellent skills building source to target mappings using HL7/FHIR messaging protocols, technical and functional requirements and conducting analysis in a healthcare setting.
• Experience analyzing processes and understanding the interactions between various healthcare systems.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including facilitating discovery sessions, workshops, developing agendas, requirements elicitation, and facilitating collaboration across a variety of stakeholder groups.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organization and time management and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain healthcare data mappings and integration specifications using HL7/FHIR standards.
• Analyze processes and the interactions between multiple healthcare systems to support data flows.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities: discovery sessions, workshops, agendas, elicitation, and cross-team collaboration.
• Document requirements, outcomes, and decisions with clear, structured artifacts.
• Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
