Job summary

Kodiak Solutions seeks an Implementation Senior Associate to support client implementations by delivering product training and applying healthcare industry knowledge. You will transform finance data into meaningful financial and operational insights in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of consulting, healthcare data experience, and strong skills in data management, analytics, and Excel. Training junior staff is also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of functional consulting experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience supporting data-driven implementation projects in healthcare, including patient accounting systems such as Epic or Cerner.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and navigates ambiguity.
• Experience with BI tools, Snowflake, and SQL preferred and Advanced Excel skills required.

Responsibilities

• Work directly with customers to gather diverse data elements from healthcare data sources.
• Apply data management, analysis, visualization, validation, and integration concepts.
• Provide product training for client end-users including presentations.
• Advise clients on transforming data into insightful financial and operating reporting.
• Collaborate across technical implementation, net revenue, reimbursement, and revenue cycle teams.
• Develop and train junior team members.
