Jobot is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Engineer in Chicago to join a fast-growing AI-driven healthcare technology company. You will design scalable data transformations, validate data from EHR and PMS sources, and ensure data quality to support critical business reporting.

You will partner with software engineers, product leaders, and external partners to build production ETL pipelines and a scalable framework for future healthcare integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, or Data Quality.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong Python with pandas or similar.
• Experience building or supporting ETL/data ingestion workflows.
• Understanding of relational databases and schema design.
• Ability to investigate data quality issues and communicate findings.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS, S3 or similar.

Responsibilities

• Profile and validate data from EHR and PMS.
• Analyze complex datasets for completeness, consistency, reporting readiness.
• Design data mapping and normalization across sources.
• Partner with engineering to build ETL pipelines.
• Develop monitoring, reconciliation, data quality validation.
• Collaborate with vendors to resolve data issues.
• Establish reusable tooling and scalable integration processes.
