Jobot is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Engineer to join a fast-growing AI-driven healthcare technology company in Denver. You will shape data transformations at the intersection of healthcare data, engineering, and analytics, evaluating new sources and ensuring data quality for critical reports.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Data Science, or Data Quality.
• Expert-level SQL skills.
• Strong Python experience, including pandas.
• Experience with ETL pipelines and data ingestion.
• Knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
• Ability to investigate data quality issues and communicate findings.
• Experience with Snowflake, AWS S3, or similar cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Profile and validate data from EHR and PMS systems.
• Analyze datasets for completeness, consistency, and reporting readiness.
• Design data mapping and normalization across sources.
• Collaborate with engineering to build ETL pipelines.
• Develop automated data quality validation processes.
• Work with vendors to resolve data issues.
• Help establish reusable tooling and scalable integration processes.
