Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Healthcare Data Engineer to join its AI-driven healthcare technology team in the United States. You will evaluate data sources, design scalable transformations, and ensure healthcare datasets support critical business reporting.

You will partner with software engineers, product leaders, and external partners to solve data quality issues and build a scalable framework for future healthcare integrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data engineering, analytics, or data quality experience.
• Expert SQL skills and strong Python (pandas) experience.
• Experience building ETL pipelines and data ingestion workflows.
• Relational DBs, data modeling, and schema design knowledge.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake/AWS/S3).
• Healthcare data experience and HIPAA knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Profile and validate data from EHR and PMS systems.
• Analyze healthcare datasets for completeness and consistency.
• Design data mapping and normalization across sources.
• Collaborate with engineering to enhance ETL and pipelines.
• Develop automated data quality monitoring and reconciliation.
• Work with vendors to resolve data issues.
• Help establish reusable tooling and scalable integrations.
