Jobot is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with strong full-stack experience to design, develop, deploy, and support scalable software across the full technology stack. You will build APIs, microservices, and data pipelines while shaping system architecture and best practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Experience building and supporting distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Hands‑on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non‑technical teams.
• Experience with Python, Django, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, AWS, relational databases, and event‑driven architectures.
• AI‑Assisted Development requirements and familiarity with AI coding tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full technology stack.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to system architecture, infrastructure, and database design decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Review code and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
• Support machine learning initiatives through experimentation, testing, and model iteration.
