Job summary

Jobot partners with a rapidly growing AI-driven SaaS company transforming data analytics for healthcare providers. As a Senior Software Engineer you will influence architecture, product direction, and engineering standards while contributing across the full stack.

You will mentor others, collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success, and help shape scalable cloud-based solutions. Competitive base salary, equity, and generous benefits are offered in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong full-stack development experience.
• Experience with distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and scalable cloud-based applications.
• Hands-on experience with modern cloud infrastructure and deployment practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience with or willingness to work extensively in technologies such as Python, Django, Node.js, JavaScript frameworks, AWS, relational databases, and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and support software across the full technology stack.
• Build and maintain APIs, microservices, backend services, and data pipelines.
• Contribute to system architecture, infrastructure, and database design decisions.
• Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Leadership teams.
• Review code and promote engineering best practices across the organization.
• Support machine learning initiatives through experimentation, testing, and model iteration.
• Help shape the future direction of the engineering organization through technical leadership and mentorship.
