Centene Management Company LLC is seeking a skilled data analyst to translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment requirements into robust, production-ready technical solutions. You will develop SAS/SQL processes, leverage Snowflake and Databricks, and partner with analysts, IT, and vendor teams to optimize RA workflows.

The role emphasizes building scalable data assets, ensuring data quality, and documenting workflows for audits and future Snowflake migration efforts.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of SQL experience.
• 4+ years of Snowflake experience.
• Databricks knowledge.
• SAS knowledge.
• 1+ year of experience in Healthcare.
• Preferred: modernizing SAS ETL workflows into Snowflake using Snowflake SQL, Snowpark Python.

Responsabilités

• Translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid requirements into technical specifications and SAS/SQL solutions.
• Develop ad-hoc reports for data analysis and validation.
• Collaborate with Risk Adjustment stakeholders, IT, and vendors to support RA workflows.
• Document development requirements and provide guidance to staff.
