Job summary

Centene Corporation seeks an experienced data/analytics professional to translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment requirements into production-ready SAS and Snowflake solutions. You will design, develop, and validate complex reports and data workflows, integrating claims, enrollment, provider, and clinical data to support RA prioritization and chart processing.

The role emphasizes data quality, regulatory compliance, and scalable ETL modernization with Snowflake, Spark, and SAS

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Snowflake.
• Databricks knowledge and SAS knowledge are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop ad-hoc reports to analyze and validate data.
• Translate Medicare Advantage and Medicaid Risk Adjustment requirements into technical specifications and SAS/Snowflake solutions.
• Automate processing and modernize ETL workflows using SAS, Snowflake SQL, and Snowpark Python.
• Create robust, multi-user database solutions integrating complex healthcare datasets.
• Serve as a technical SME for requirements solicitation, system analysis, design, coding, and documentation.
• Support CMS audits and CMS/state Medicaid data quality frameworks.
• Build reusable data assets and documentation to enable knowledge transfer.
