Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• 4+ years of experience in SQL.
• 4+ years of experience in Snowflake.
• Databricks knowledge and SAS knowledge required.
• Healthcare data familiarity with risk adjustment preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops ad-hoc reports to conduct data analysis and validation.
• Partner with analysts and IT to translate requirements into technical specifications and SAS/Snowflake solutions.
• Automate processing and support SAS code for Encounter Risk Adjustment workflows with Snowflake migration.
• Modernize SAS ETL into Snowflake architecture using Snowflake SQL and Snowpark Python.
• Ensure CMS audit readiness and Medicaid compliance data quality.
• Build reusable data assets and documentation for knowledge transfer.
