Job summary

TREND Health Partners, a tech-enabled payment integrity company, is seeking a Senior Performance Analyst to translate business needs into meaningful analysis and optimize data workflows. You will work with healthcare data across claims, enrollment, and provider data to drive insights, reduce costs, and improve outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal and external partners to define requirements, guide data quality initiatives, and support implementation of data-driven solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CS, Medical Informatics, Business Administration, Healthcare or related field.
• Healthcare domain experience preferred.
• Experience in data analysis and with analytic tools or quality/process improvement.
• Excellent analytical and logical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop strong business and technical understanding of services and data.
• Analyze multi-dimensional medical/provider/pharmacy data to identify insights and opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to translate business requirements into data functionality.
• Provide analysis, recommendations, and feedback to leadership and IT.
• Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate with stakeholders and end users.
• Translate complex technical issues for non-technical stakeholders and maintain relationships.
• Contribute to design, development, testing, installation and maintenance of workflows and tools.
