The role partners with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy and supports ad hoc analyses, strengthening reporting practices across the organization. Remote-friendly for US-based candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3 years of data analysis experience required.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and Power BI.
• Experience in cost of care analytics.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem-solving and consultative engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide data analysis support to monitor program and operational performance.
• Assist in the development of reports and dashboards.
• Promote self-service analytics to support stakeholder adoption.
• Support design and reporting capabilities for programmatic analyses.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as directed.
• Maintain data accuracy and identify new metrics.
• Mentor junior analysts and onboard new team members.
