Job summary

Strive Health is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Denver to support enterprise analytics, clinical outcomes measurement, and KPI development. You will build dashboards for executives and clinical leaders, identify trends, and collaborate across functions to drive data-driven improvements.

You’ll work with operational and clinical leaders to develop analytics supporting clinical decision-making and value-based care, while maintaining clear data definitions and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and strong academic achievement.
• 4+ years’ experience in healthcare data analysis.
• Ability to travel and be onsite as needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain KPIs using SQL and enterprise data sources.
• Design, build, and manage dashboards for leaders across the organization.
• Evaluate operating models with stakeholders to assess engagement, visits, productivity, and risk adjustment.
• Conduct root cause analysis on data anomalies and performance trends.
• Collaborate with tech teams to troubleshoot data pipelines and ensure reliable reporting.
• Maintain documentation of metrics, data sources, and dashboard logic.
