Hyland is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for healthcare, focusing on post-implementation success and maximizing value for customers. You will drive adoption, ensure renewal and expansion, and align with customers’ business objectives.

In this role you will design success plans, mitigate risks, and collaborate with product, support, and sales teams to advocate for customers and share their success stories at events. Remote-US work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Experience in customer success or account management in healthcare.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

• Drive retention and growth by acting as a trusted contact through renewal and expansion.
• Mitigate risk with Save Plans and cross-functional collaboration to protect ARR.
• Advocate for customers' product priorities and feed back to product and support teams.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address escalations and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mentor and coach team members to improve overall performance.
