Job summary

CyberCoders is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Medical & Healthcare Construction projects, with the initial project in Alamo, NM and work surrounding the Albuquerque area.

You will oversee site management, develop and manage project schedules, participate in staff meetings, maintain paperwork, ensure inspections and safety, and build positive relationships on the jobsite. Requires 7+ years, healthcare construction experience, strong leadership and OSHA 30.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a Superintendent.
• Medical/Healthcare Construction experience.
• Strong communication and leadership.
• Computer knowledge.
• OSHA 30.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee site management & day-to-day field activities
• Develop and manage project schedule
