CORE Construction seeks an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to lead on-site coordination across Tucson, AZ healthcare projects.

You will ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost control while maintaining strong client and trade partner relationships on complex, occupied facilities. The role requires 10+ years in construction with 5+ years in supervision, healthcare project experience, and CHC/ICRA certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Healthcare construction experience required.
• CHC certification required.
• ICRA certification required.
• Experience delivering large-scale healthcare projects ($10M+).
• Experience with active hospital campuses and phased renovations.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, and Microsoft Office.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safe construction practices and ICRA compliance.
• Enforce quality control and timely correction of deficiencies.
• Manage project schedule, including critical path coordination.
• Facilitate subcontractor coordination in occupied facilities.
