CORE is seeking an experienced Healthcare Construction Sr. Superintendent to coordinate on-site activities for complex healthcare projects in Tucson, AZ.

The role focuses on safety, quality, schedule, and cost, while maintaining strong relationships with trade partners and clients. Projects involve operating within active hospital campuses, requiring strict adherence to ICRA and OSHA standards and uninterrupted operations.

Formación

• Must have strong leadership and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in healthcare construction.
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects in occupied facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and lead on-site construction activities from mobilization to closeout.
• Coach subcontractors on safety and healthcare-specific protocols.
• Enforce quality standards and address subcontractor deficiencies promptly.
• Maintain and manage project schedule, including critical path.
• Facilitate coordination to minimize disruptions in active facilities.
• Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and inspectors to resolve challenges.
• Review drawings, RFIs, ASIs, and submittals; prepare daily field reports.
• Ensure adherence to CORE safety, quality, schedule, and cost practices.
