Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Superintendent to oversee healthcare construction projects in the Charleston, SC area. You will lead safety programs, coordinate subcontractors, and drive on-time, on-budget delivery of complex facilities valued at $150M–$250M+.

You will manage field staff, develop work plans, monitor schedules, QA/QC, and collaborate with owners, design teams and authorities to ensure project success.

Qualifications

• 10+ years construction experience specific to healthcare new construction projects of at least $150M+ each.
• 8+ years field supervision experience.
• Experience leading Lean principles on projects.
• Ability to perform work accurately and completely, and in a timely manner.
• Strong communication, verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and mentors staff to maintain injury-free environment.
• Manages subcontractors and coordinates overall job/workflow.
• Oversees staff, subcontractors, suppliers and programs such as Safety, Quality and EEO.
• Develops work plans for subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Coordinates care and control of the project site.
• Leads daily standup and weekly trade meetings.
• Participates in OAC meetings and project reviews.
• Manages project schedule with Project Manager; monitors budget and costs.
