Job summary

Tiello LLC is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee large medical facility construction projects in Charleston, SC. The role requires directing project outcomes, profitability, and administrative control to align with company strategy.

You will lead safety culture, preconstruction collaboration, subcontractor management, and ongoing risk analysis while interfacing with owners and architects to ensure successful delivery of $150M+ healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in construction management, engineering or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads safety culture and promotes injury-free environment.
• Supports preconstruction: quantity takeoff, trade coordination, scope development and bid package creation.
• Leads buyout schedule, verifies pricing, manages subcontracts.
• Manages submittal schedule, reviews shop drawings and samples.
• Coordinates with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team, vendors.
• Prepares cost and schedule reports and assists in budget development.
• Leads project closeout with documentation and warranties.
