Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Senior Superintendent for Charleston, SC, to lead local ground-up healthcare, higher education and commercial projects. This is an on-site role with no travel, offering ownership of on-site execution and team leadership.

Qualified candidates have 7+ years as a commercial superintendent with a GC, healthcare/occupied-facility experience, OSHA 30, and a track record of safety, quality and reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years as a commercial superintendent with a general contractor.
• Healthcare or occupied-facility project experience preferred.
• OSHA 30 certification required; ICRA a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare, higher ed and commercial ground-up projects.
• Lead on-site safety, quality, schedule and budget management.
• Collaborate with owners, design partners and trade partners to deliver projects.
