Michael Page US is recruiting a Senior Superintendent for our healthcare division in San Diego. The successful candidate will oversee field operations on HCAI/OSHPD projects, coordinate subcontractors, review drawings, and ensure safety and quality across high-end tenant improvements and ground-up healthcare builds.

We require 10+ years of Superintendent experience, healthcare project exposure at or above $25M, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifikationen

• 10+ years of Superintendent experience with a General Contractor.
• Healthcare/HCAI project exposure (Hospital/MOB) of $25M+.
• Self-perform experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of the construction process.
• Ability to review all construction documents including specs and drawings.
• Excellent communication with management, subs, consultants, architects, vendors, clients.
• Self-motivated and proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to take on multiple responsibilities to complete projects on time.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate the work of all construction substrates with the main office.
• Arrange, monitor and be present for agency inspections.
• Read and comprehend drawings/specs from architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape disciplines.
• Review shop drawings and reports; prepare and monitor RFIs.
• Prepare daily report forms and progress photos.
• Use Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; manage PDFs and documents.
• Engage design professionals, subcontractors, PMs, and officials to solve problems and resolve disputes.
• Maintain a clean, safe job site and enforce safety standards.
