The ideal candidate will have 10+ years on OSHPD/HCAI-regulated jobs in California, strong scheduling skills, and the ability to manage multiple subcontractors in occupied facilities. OSHA 30 is preferred and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years as construction superintendent on OSHPD/HCAI-regulated healthcare projects in CA.
• Experience operating in active/occupied hospital environments (ILSM, infection control).
• Strong scheduling and phased construction sequencing for occupied facilities.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all field operations for healthcare projects from mobilization to OSHPD/HCAI closeout.
• Manage ILSM, infection control risk assessments, and life safety plans in occupied facilities.
