Job summary

You will oversee coordination with the main office, ensure compliance with architectural and MEP drawings, and maintain safety and quality across healthcare, manufacturing, education and senior living sectors.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in large scale commercial ground-up construction.
• Self-perform experience preferred.
• Complete understanding of the construction process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent communication with management, subcontractors, consultants, architects, vendors and clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of all construction substrates in conjunction with the main office.
• Arrange, monitor and be present for agency inspections.
• Read and comprehend architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and landscape drawings and specifications.
• Review shop drawings and other reports; prepare and monitor RFIs.
• Prepare daily report forms and progress photographs.
• Maintain familiarity with Windows, Outlook, Word, Excel; manage PDF files and documents.
• Engage design professionals, subcontractors, project managers and local officials to problem solve, mitigate conflicts, and resolve disputes.
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly job site; enforce job site safety standards.
