Job summary

Samet Corporation is seeking a Superintendent – Healthcare to join our Charleston, SC region. You will lead field supervision on healthcare projects, manage schedule, safety, and quality, coordinating with subcontractors and authorities to meet milestones and budgets.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years of healthcare construction experience, a bachelor's degree in a related field, and proficiency with Procore and Bluebeam. This is a full-time, on-site role in Charleston.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5-7 years of construction experience with healthcare projects.
• Proficient in plans, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate 4-week look-ahead schedules.
• Lead weekly coordination and meetings to keep activities moving.
• Own the CPM schedule and manage updates throughout the project.
• Provide daily field oversight for safe, efficient job sites.
• Collaborate with field team and subcontractors to ensure quality.
• Assist in developing and submitting RFIs.
• Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery and safety compliance.
