Job summary

RNInk is seeking a senior healthcare construction project leader to drive complex hospital and clinical facility projects in dynamic, occupied environments. You will oversee schedules, budgets, and teams, coordinating with owners, architects, and engineers to minimize patient disruption while maintaining quality and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• Minimum 8+ years of construction experience with healthcare projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver healthcare construction projects through strong process, scheduling, and project controls.
• Manage projects and lead teams on hospitals, medical office buildings, and clinical facilities.
• Communicate effectively with owners, architects and engineers.
• Coordinate projects in occupied healthcare environments, ensuring minimal disruption to patient care.
• Support the preconstruction team.
• Lead meetings such as OAC and monthly project status reviews.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control (ICRA), and life safety requirements (ILSM).
