Job summary

The Beck Group is seeking a Healthcare Project Architect to lead technical aspects of complex projects in our Fort Worth/Dallas area offices. You will mentor staff, coordinate with project management, and drive design excellence through advanced modeling, documentation, and consultant coordination.

You will work within a collaborative team to deliver integrated design and construction solutions, ensuring code compliance and optimal project outcomes for healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of architecture experience.
• College graduate with NAAB accredited degree.
• Professional registration is required.
• Ability to lead project teams and coordinate with PMs.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing document quality control reviews.
• Lead project team through documentation, modeling, quality control, and coordination with consultants.
• Collaborate with Project Manager to establish project plan, milestone schedule, and staffing.
• Research building systems and develop skin details and interior building coordination.
• Ensure compliance with zoning, life safety, accessibility, and energy codes.
