You will develop and communicate the project schedule, mentor a high-performing team, and manage risks to keep milestones on track while maintaining budget.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate or graduate degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or related field.
• Experience with Healthcare and HCAI construction projects.
• 10+ years on large-scale commercial construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the timely and quality installation of contracted work for the project.
• Implement safety and quality culture among Clark employees and trade contractors.
• Create and manage a plan to sequence work, manage site logistics, and track material/personnel.
• Develop, update, and communicate the project schedule with stakeholders.
• Lead multi-disciplinary meetings to align on the schedule.
• Mentor and develop team members to build a high-functioning team.
