Job summary

Clark Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Los Angeles to lead day-to-day project management, develop project plans, manage risk, and coordinate with owners, engineers, and design teams. The role emphasizes safety, leadership, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

The candidate will oversee contracts, change orders, procurement, and reporting, while building relationships and driving business development through proposals and presentations.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of construction experience required.
• 4+ years leading, developing, and motivating teams.
• Experience managing projects from start to finish.
• Strong understanding of contracts and risk.
• DBIA and LEED accreditation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, procurement, schedule, and financial reporting.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with owners, engineering, and design firms.
• Prepare monthly job status reports outlining priorities and issues.
• Lead project close-out, turnover of manuals and warranties, and final payment documents.
• Drive a culture of safety on the project site.
• Support acquisition of new work by participating in proposals and presentations.
