Job summary

INTEGRIS Health in Oklahoma is seeking a Project Manager Design and Construction to lead healthcare projects from initiation through closeout. You will coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to deliver on time and within budget.

The role requires 6–8 years in healthcare construction, knowledge of PD&C standards, and proficiency with MS Project, Procore, AutoCAD, and BIM. PMP certification is preferred, as is a master’s degree.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Experience with Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and CM at Risk delivery models.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare facility design, construction methods and systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple healthcare construction projects concurrently.
• Develop scopes, objectives and ensure alignment with goals.
• Lead planning, scheduling, budgeting and implementation.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants and contractors.
• Monitor progress, milestone tracking, and changes in scope/budget.
• Ensure safety, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
• Review expenditures, budgets, and contracts; prepare status reports.
