Job summary

Richard is hiring a Sr. Project Manager in Oklahoma City. You will lead day-to-day project management, ensuring budget, schedule, quality, and safety while coordinating with owners and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will bring 10–20 years in hard-bid general contracting, experience with federal and healthcare projects, and proficiency in MS Office, Adobe, and Bluebeam. Growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering required.
• 10–20 years’ experience with a hard-bid general contracting company.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, means, methods and building systems.
• Experience in federal sector projects preferred.
• Experience in healthcare projects preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe and Bluebeam.
• Willingness to work any shift (1st/2nd/3rd) in hospital construction environments.
• Experience with Davis Bacon-Prevailing wage or union-required projects.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Interest in mentoring and long-term growth with the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project management for assigned projects.
• Prioritize tasks, assess risks, and ensure on-budget, on-time delivery and client satisfaction.
• Balance risk and reward; bring timely resolutions to issues.
• Manage resources, communicate with stakeholders, and maintain project documentation.
• Develop and supervise project schedules, budgets, and quality control processes.
• Oversee subcontractors, materials, and equipment mobilization.
