Job summary

Stanford Health Care in Pleasanton, CA is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to lead planning, coordination and financial control for multiple complex healthcare projects. You will ensure safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while meeting regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include coordinating with Facilities Planning, Engineering, Activations and Operations, driving safety programs, and maintaining strong communication with leadership on scope, schedule, risks and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field preferred.
• Five to seven years of progressively responsible experience in healthcare construction or complex occupied environments.
• Knowledge of California healthcare regulations and OSHPD/HCAI considerations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day construction execution across multiple projects from planning through closeout.
• Collaborate with Facilities Planning, Design, Engineering, Activations and Operations.
• Drive safety program coordination with EHS and site teams.
• Identify and resolve field issues to maintain schedule and minimize disruption.
• Track project performance using PMWeb, Bluebeam, PlanGrid, and MS Office.
