Job summary

Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island is seeking a Senior Configuration Management Analyst in Smithfield, RI to lead analysis, design, build, testing, and maintenance of configuration to support business requirements and optimize system functionality.

You will identify automation opportunities, ensure adherence to the SDLC, maintain documentation, and collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or nine years of relevant work experience in a health care setting.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business areas to understand financial impact of Medical Cost Action projects.
• Triage, research, and resolve escalated issues within standard timeframes to meet SLAs.
• Identify unused/underutilized system functionality to support business initiatives.
• Perform post-implementation audits to ensure configuration aligns with requirements.
• Mentor and train Configuration Analysts on best practices.
• Onboard new hires and lead training sessions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather business and technical requirements and validate test cases.
