The role focuses on optimizing workflows, ensuring adherence to the SDLC, and documenting changes. You will mentor analysts, coordinate cross-functional projects, and ensure configurations meet business requirements across health care workflows and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent healthcare experience.
• Minimum five (5) years of business analysis and system configuration in healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of health care operations and SDLC processes.
• Experience translating design into configuration requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into configuration changes.
• Lead post-implementation audits to ensure configuration aligns with needs.
• Perform unit testing and maintain configuration documentation.
• Coordinate change control and production turnover after sign-off.
• Mentor junior analysts and support onboarding.
