Job summary

UCI Health seeks a senior leader to direct healthcare, research and privacy compliance programs across Health and SOM. You will develop and oversee compliance controls, ensure regulatory alignment, and guide governance across hospitals, clinics and affiliates.

The role demands extensive experience in health system compliance, strategic thinking, and effective cross-functional leadership. Minimum qualifications include 5+ years in an executive role and a CHC preference, with a Bachelor’s degree

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in an executive leadership role in inpatient healthcare.
• Minimum 10 years progressive management responsibility.
• Knowledge of Medicare, Medi-Cal, HIPAA and privacy rules and regulations.
• Experience with corporate compliance and privacy programs in health care.

Responsibilities

• Lead healthcare, research and privacy compliance programs for Health and SOM.
• Develop and evaluate compliance controls, policies and procedures.
• Partner with executive leadership to align compliance with strategy.
• Communicate complex regulatory requirements across the health system.
