UCI Health, a major academic health system in Orange, CA, seeks a Regulatory Compliance Coordinator to manage accreditation, licensing, and regulatory submissions. The role will liaise with CDPH, The Joint Commission, and CMS, while shaping policies and programs across the Medical Center.

Strong communication, analytical, and leadership skills are essential. Responsibilities include educating hospital staff on regulatory standards, collaborating across departments, and guiding issue resolution

Qualifications

• Proven experience with CMS Conditions of Participation and The Joint Commission standards.
• Analytical skills to interpret complex reports and support decision making.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; strong presentation skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate accreditation, regulatory, and licensing activities for UCI Health.
• Review and evaluate regulatory compliance controls and programs; submit documents to CDPH, TJC, CMS.
• Develop regulatory policies and systems; stay current with regulatory changes and affiliations.
