Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of work experience in a related job discipline.
• OR Master's Degree and 3+ years of directly related experience.
• Certified Healthcare Compliance (CHC) certification required (Within 24 months for outside hire).

Responsibilities

• Regulatory Knowledge & Oversight – Independently interpret and analyze federal and state laws and policies related to regulated activities and assess impact on the environment at CCHMC.
• Compliance – Serve as institutional expert in corporate compliance activities; develop policies, procedures, and guidance; educate staff on compliance issues.
