Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's preferred.
• Experience in healthcare provider compensation, healthcare operations, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of client projects from inception to written reports; build and maintain client relationships.
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and training to team members.
• Conduct in-depth project analysis and produce high-quality reports.
• Represent the firm professionally to potential clients and promote services.
• Demonstrate subject-matter expertise through articles, webinars, and presentations.
• Identify opportunities to attract new clients and develop new service offerings.
